NEWSSeptember 22, 2008Annual honourable lecture of representatives of Federal Republic Germany for students of Kursk institute of management, economics and business and Kursk technical school of economy and right has taken place. Anton Shlembah and Joseph Shuba interestingly told about modern ×ÛËÕdirections in religion in the world, relations of Catholics and Protestants with the orthodox. They also have mentioned the basic values of a spiritual life: culture, formation and family. Students listened the lecture and asked questions: about equality of Catholics and orthodox in a political life, in what age a person should have a family. Martin Roskopf told about specificity of restaurant business, about the basic directions of the organisation of business and management of it. Roland Kern spoke about the purposes of trade unions, about differences between the Russian and German trade union, about employment of young experts, their rights and about the idea of making a career. World crisis and as it is consequences for Germany caused a great interest. Gratitudes "For the contribution in development of the German-Russian relations" have been handed over from the ambassador of Germany in Russia to Anikina Natalia, Zudov Alexander and Okorokova Galina. After lectures representatives of business and a diocese from Germany decided to found the grant for students of MEBIK and KTEaR, and have made the first payment - 600 euros. Shajd. Two-hour discussion concerning a modern condition of local self-management in Russia and Germany took place. The German colleague has shared an experience of working the administration of city and deputies in the decision of the vital issues which are put by citizens of Shpeyer. Participants of a meeting have stated a wish to meet more often on similar actions. In discussion have taken part: Okorokova G.P., the rector of Kursk institute of management, economics and business, Basarev N.M., executive director of regional Organization of municipal formations of Kursk region. July 2, 2008Today in the House of knowledge, on the initiative of board of the Kursk regional organization of association "Knowledge" Days of Germany in Kursk have opened! Hundreds of citizens and visitors of city have gathered in Kursk institute of management, economics and business to open the ceremony. To welcome the participants of Days of Germany had come: the vice-governor of Kursk region Gennady Plohih, the chapter of Kursk, chairman of city assembly of Kursk Alexander Zakurdaev and his assistant Nadezda Torubarova, the first vice-president of committee of education and science of Kursk region Lydia Karachevtseva. Famous Russian writer Larissa Vasileva has come From Moscow. From the city-partner Shpeyer there has arrived the delegation from 18 persons, led by the burgomaster mister F. Scheid. Chairman of board of the Kursk regional organization of association "Knowledge", rector MEBIK Galina Okorokova had invited participants of opening ceremony of Days to see the exhibition " Germany: a sight from the sky ", " Destroyed during the Second world war and the restored Dresden ", kindly given by the Embassy of Federal republic Germany in the Russian Federation. The exhibition will work up to the end of July, therefore citizens from 10.00 till 18.00 can daily visit perfectly made expositions of exhibitions. In hall of the House of knowledge Hymns of Germany and Russia in execution of a choral chapel "Kursk" on the direction of professor E. Legostayev have sounded. The vice-governor of Kursk region Plohih G.P., the chapter of city of Kursk Zakurdaev A.I., burgomaster of Shpeyer F. Scheid, writer Vasileva L.N. have addressed to participants of opening ceremony of Days with words of greetings. Many souvenirs and gifts with symbols of Days of Germany in Russia have been handed, also were announced: a greeting of public organization " Citizens of the Europe " from Berlin. Its leader - mister Peter Volf many times visited Kursk, with the association "Knowledge" many social projects have been realized. The big friend of citizens doctor Daniel Majnen from Zalzburg also has sent to participants of ceremony a greeting. Doctor Majnen was the initiator of a joint educational seminar for listeners of a public university of seigneurs in Holz and in Switzerland. Participants of opening of Days of Germany with great interest watched the film of German director Zyonke Vortman " The Bern miracle ". There was the discussion in the second half of the day in the Kursk regional Duma, in which leaders of public associations of Kursk, members of Public Chamber of Kursk region, deputies, heads of the Duma and delegation of citizens of city partner Speyer have taken part. The vice-president of the Kursk regional Duma Salnikov V.G., the vice-president of committee Molokova M.A., the burgomaster of the city of Shpeyer F. Scheid, representatives of the public of region, members of Public Chamber of Kursk region have taken part in discussion. In this day, citizens of Kursk and its visitors knew more about culture, economy, sports and political system of Germany. Days of Germany will proceed till July, 8th.
